"When my fiancée and I finally decided it was time to settle down and purchase a home, we began by looking around for the "best" lender. Initially, our first decision was to go to one of our banks and so we did. Shortly after, we placed an offer on our home but the seller offered to pay for the appraisal on the condition that we use the lender of his choice: WJ Bradley. At first we debated but eventually decided we would go forth and use his lender--since we wouldn't pay for an appraisal. However, through the course of escrow, we were able to establish a great relationship with the staff. They were all so helpful and on top of everything. Despite the distance (about 400 miles) we were able to have a smooth transaction and although we did hit a few speed bumps on the way, everyone at WJ Bradley made a point to do whatever was needed to not allow these inconveniences to hinder the process. Ultimately, it was because of the staff that we were able to get our house.
